ELEVATE INSIDE THE SITE FENCE [Member Spotlight] with Duayne

Join Duayne on 23-Sep for our Inside the Site Fence call where he chats with Elevate members John Murphy, Jayden Martello, Luke Kaal and Chris Nichols.

These sessions are all about you getting insight into how other Elevate members are running their businesses. Everything from what made them join Elevate and the struggles they were having, to what they’ve implemented and how they are running things day to day now.

Being a Builder, it can often feel like you are doing everything on your own and always second-guessing if what you are doing is working. We know that Builders can gain so much from hearing what and how other Builders operate.

During these sessions, members will discuss –

• How they do their proposals
• How they schedule their projects
• How they manage their teams
• What software they are using
• How they do the PAC Process
• What they do personally to stay on top of things
• and a whole lot more

Make sure you show up to these sessions so you can hear what’s working and what’s not for other members. And so you don’t miss your opportunity to get involved and ask questions.

Learning Objectives: from this session, you will learn about:

1. What’s worked for these members [and what hasn’t]
2. What you can do to stay motivated
3. How to take action
