Duayne Pearce
D Pearce Constructions
As a builder with over 20 years experience in construction, Duayne is very passionate about the building industry.
After struggling for 6 - 7 years with clients and cashflow and almost losing it all several times, Duayne and his wife, Camille, have spent the past 5 years improving their business, profitability and lifestyle.
Duayne is now committed to sharing his experience and learnings to help other builders. This is how we will improve the construction industry and the lives of everyone in it.
This isn't just about the builder. It is about his or her partners, families, kids, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Sharee Gray
General Manager
As General Manager, Sharee brings together the people, operations and member experience that keep Live Life Build moving forward. With an eye for detail and a genuine care for the people around her, she loves finding ways to make things work better - whether that’s supporting the team, improving the member experience or bringing a new idea to life. Outside of LLB, Sharee loves spending time with her three boys, horse and puppy, and is a five-time Rodeo Queen titleholder and National Barrel Racing Champion.
Chris Jones
Growth and Engagement Manager
Chris is a natural people person who loves a good conversation and brings plenty of humour to the LLB team. Alongside helping grow and engage our community, he’s also a complete tech whiz - and when he’s not working, you’ll likely find him enjoying the outdoors and heading off camping.
Reycah Elarmo
Senior Member and Tech Support
As Live Life Build’s longest-serving team member, Reycah knows the ins and outs of LLB and is an incredible source of support for both our members and the team. She works her magic behind the scenes across our course platform and website, and outside of LLB, she loves her dogs and runs her own shop in the Philippines.
Mary Anne Romero
Marketing and Communications Assistant
Mary Anne works behind the scenes bringing Live Life Build’s marketing and member communications to life. Creative, thoughtful and always up for a laugh, she brings plenty of personality to the team - although her weekends often come with the inevitable “chores day” at home, which has become a regular source of laughs around LLB.
Kristine Arnedo
Admin and Member Support Assistant
Kristine is often the welcoming first point of contact for our members and provides invaluable support across LLB’s events and day-to-day operations. Always willing to jump in and help wherever she’s needed, she takes on everything with a smile. Outside of LLB, Kristine is always on the hunt for great food and her next great pair of sneakers.
