Doing the PAC Process well can add tens of Thousands of dollars to your bottom line each year when you are confident in what you are doing. Hear what Duayne and other members are doing to ensure a strong pre-construction process that sets them up for success on every project. The PAC Process is a big one and requires you to know and understand every part of your business to enable you to deliver it well every time. It also relies on you being able to pivot quickly depending on the type of project, the client’s personality, and changing industry pressures.
