The Winter Summit is back for 2026 — and this year we’re heading to Glenrock Gardens in Tenterfield, NSW for four days focused on community, connection, celebration, and growth.
From Thursday 6 August to Sunday 9 August, Elevate members, partners, mentors, and guest speakers will come together to step away from the day-to-day and spend time surrounded by builders who are on the same journey.
This is not a conference.
It’s campfires, conversations, practical sessions, real reflection, and time to reset for the second half of the year alongside people who understand exactly what building a business and life actually takes.
Across the weekend, members will experience:
- Live sessions from Duayne Pearce, Glenn Azar, Helen Rogerson, and Coach Apples
- Elevate Unplugged day with a choice of activities including the Equine Workshop, Golf, Wine/Cheese Tour, or exploring Tenterfield
- The 2026 LLB Annual Awards night
- Group dinners, entertainment, connection, and community throughout the weekend
Importantly: You do not need to enter the Awards to attend Winter Summit. This event is open to every Elevate member.
From a logistics perspective, we’ve organised transport throughout the weekend including airport transfers from Brisbane Domestic Airport and buses to all planned activities and event sessions.
Members will be responsible for their own accommodation, along with any meals not specifically included in the run sheet. Camping is also an option for those who prefer it — if camping, please ensure you are fully self-sufficient. Toilet facilities will be available onsite.
Accommodation in Tenterfield can become limited quickly during event weekends, so we strongly encourage booking early.
